Day 4365: What are other people thinking?

Because I am very interested in what other people are thinking, I ask many questions.

.

What are other people thinking about my other images for today?

.

What are other people thinking about my live performance of “What Are Other People Thinking About You?”

.

What are other people thinking about the way I end each blog post?

  1. I’m thinking I feel older today, Ann.

I don’t worry anymore about what anybody thinks about me. No point at my age living mostly among strangers. But every once in a while – like Thursday, at the grocery store. I have a bad leg, and I had just dragged it through Costco, so when I got to the regular grocery, after a couple of other stops, I decided to use one of the little go-carts. And no sooner had I gotten the thing going (I don’t use them often, and it takes a minute to figure out which way is forward and which is back, when a tall good-looking white-haired man walking toward me suddenly grinned and said, “Hi!” And then he just went on his way. “Huh,” I thought. “What was he thinking?” I’m thinking he had mistaken me for someone else, but I’ll never know. It remains a pleasant mystery. 🙂

  3. My father-in-law would, when considering the differences among people, say, “That’s why they make chocolate and vanilla.” And then I see Ben & Jerry’s Karamel Sutra and I feel like someone was thinking of me.

  4. I don’t care much with people think about me, other than the people who care for me, and I for them. and they know me exactly as I am –
