No matter what’s going on, my prescription for others and for myself is often “stay in the moment.” That may sound odd when the current moment is very painful, but I still recommend it. Otherwise, we can project into the future with worry and fear or mind-travel into the past with second-guessing and regret, instead of committing to the opportunities and possible gifts of the present moment.
Here’s my latest song, “Stay in the Moment.”

Try to stay in the moment as you look at my images for today.

I don’t want to make a scene, but what helps you stay in the moment and why is that so difficult?
Thanks to all who help me stay in the moment, including YOU.

My family helps me stay in the moment, Ann.
Good friends like you also help me stay in the moment, Mark.
My advice is to stay in the moment when active. When drifting off to sleep, or maybe just relaxing on the couch, feel free to wander around.
I’m staying for your advice, Barbara.
I always do my best to stay in the moment so that I don’t miss it
You’re the best, beth.
“Stay in the Moment” is my new favourite Ann song, Ann. And it happens to be a song I really needed to hear today. Thank you!
This is my new favorite Maureen comment and I really needed to hear it too!
Sometimes I feel like I should make a scene, but only when it’s the right moment. This isn’t that moment and I’m just enjoying it.
I enjoy all moments with you, Chris.
I like this song, Ann
I’m so glad you like it!
