Day 4008: What you’ve been waiting for

Let’s see if this blog post is what you’ve been waiting for.

In yesterday’s therapy group, people were discussing what they’ve been waiting for, including resolved health issues, improved mobility, fewer medications, and more understanding. People observed that when we get what we’re waiting for, soon we’re waiting for something else.

What you’ve been waiting for might include my images for today.

.

What we’ve been waiting for often includes food and I assume some people are waiting for Pfeffernuesse today.

When I search for “what you’ve been waiting for” I find this …

… and this:

.

If what you’ve been waiting for includes gratitude, thanks to all who are here, now, including YOU!

Day 3384: At least you know it’s working

Whenever I’ve gotten a COVID vaccine, I’ve felt ill the next day — fevers, aches, brain fog, etc. — and every time, somebody has said, “At least you know it’s working. “

At least this time I deliberately got the shot on a Friday, so I wouldn’t be working the next day.

I felt too ill yesterday to do much more than read, watch TV, listen to music, sleep, and have lots of anxiety dreams about working, so I don’t have many images to share today.

I’m working to celebrate National Haiku Poetry day with this:

A COVID vaccine

“At least you know it’s working”

I know what they mean.

.

At least you know I’m going to include some song about working in this post.

At least you know it’s working for me to express gratitude daily for everyone I appreciate, including YOU!
