Day 4892: What’s good for us

It would be good if we could always do what’s good for us, such as

  • eating good food,
  • spending time with good people, and
  • voting for those who are good for us.

It’s good for us that Stephen Colbert is still around, even though he was cancelled by CBS.

Good for Stephen and for us.

What’s good for us in my images for today?

.

What’s good for us is to express gratitude every day.

What’s good for me is jam toast and hot tea in the morning, a pink cookie and half a goblet of red wine at night. Everything else is just gravy – sometimes I like a little gravy.

  2. As I’ve gotten older two things I realize are really good for me are vegetables and music.

  3. expressing gratitude, yes, that is good to do daily!

  4. I love Eric Yake’s picture of Joan washing the tires! Also, The little Free Library.
