Day 4488: Who would be a good President?

Who do you think would be a good President? Would Joan? Would I?

.

I’m not sure whether either of us are electable, so I asked that question of who would be a good President last night on social media.

.

Do you see anybody who would be a good President in my other images for today?

.

Personally, I think that a cat, a dog, the Daily Bitch, a banana, a mushroom, a bean counter, a Librarian, an orchid, or your daughter would all be a better President than the one we have now.

Here’s what I find when I search for “who would be a good President?” on YouTube.

.

Who do you think would be a good President?

Thanks to all who helped me create this who-would-be-a-good-President post, including YOU!

  1. Somebody who cherishes the continued necessity of our democracy here and globally, Ann.

  2. Robert Gates would probably make a good president. But those more likely to run, I’d vote for Corey Booker, Secretary Pete, Amy Klobuchar, Josh Shapiro, so many.

Secretary Pete would be an excellent President, but I put him in the VP slot, because the President will have so many things on her plate (yeah, I’d vote for Kamala again) in re the economy and foreign policy that fixing all the broken stuff would be a full time job for someone. And I think Pete has the organizational skills to do it.

That’s poorly worded. What I mean is that the place is so broken right now, that a President might be overwhelmed with trying to put everything back, but if a very competent person were put in charge of that, she would have the time she needs to actually govern the country.

  4. Pete.

  5. The older I get the more I think Dennis “Help! Help! I’m Being Repressed!” The Peasant had it right. An anarcho-syndicalist commune where everyone takes turns being the leader but all decisions by the leader have to be approved by the group sounds like a pretty good system. If you don’t mind the actual filth, unlike the metaphorical kind we’re up to our necks in.
