My dear friend Jeanette — whom I am visiting in Washington D.C. — has a bag that says “Write your own Story” …

… so I will continue to do that here, now.
.

.
You can write your own story, even on Quiet Day.
Here’s what I find when I search for “write your own story” on YouTube.
.
How do you write your own story?
Thanks to all who help me write my own story every day, including YOU.

I’m just getting started! on to chapter one –
Yay!!
Thank you for your story Ann.
Thank you for yours, my dear friend.
I wrote three novels with more than bits of me in them, hoping to subsume “me” into the character. Likely didn’t always succeed, but folks seem to like them anyway. And of course, my story is told nearly every week in barbarasbookhouse.com. Come visit!
Thanks for sharing your stories, Barbara!
I don’t think I can advise anyone how to write their own story—in my writing group I like to highlight for others what I think is best about their stories so they can emphasize those things if they choose—but it’s more important that writing your own story can help understand others’ stories.
Your stories are important, Chris.
There was a chapter in my life where I was a fan of The Chicken Dance, Ann.
Good to know, Mark.
