Because life is stressful, I look for what’s calming.

.
I find it calming that today is Respect for the Aged Day, because I’m getting up there.
It was calming for me to finally get a version of my new song on YouTube that includes all my verses.
.
Now I have to practice my calming skills as I head to the hospital and provide group and individual therapy.
Thanks to all those who are calming, including YOU.

Congratulations on recording all your verses, Ann! Fantastic.
Thank you, my fantastic friend.
I don’t wanna be late in saying thank you for this calming post and your upbeat song. Love that backbeat, too, and the photo in the background.
Thank you for being so loving, Maureen.
People are decorating for Halloween early!
My thought exactly!
Cool shirt.
Thank you!
Definitely need one of those. 🙂
I find things like jigsaw and crossword puzzles calming. Making lists. Things that in doing them seems to bring a sense of order and direction. I got the dishes done yesterday, after a week of covid, and went to bed feeling a little bit better.
I’m so glad you’ve been feeling better.
nothing quite as calming as a band of skeleton pickers and twangs
Indeed!
I love your song and also that there’s an HIV/AIDS And Aging Awareness Day. It wasn’t that long ago that AIDS was a death sentence. It’s still not curable but it means so much that it’s now treatable, allowing people to live with it.
I love your empathy, Chris.
I also search for ways to bring on the calm! Life is so noisy and hectic and changeable, and at times that amps me up unnecessarily. I often head to the ocean to reset my balance, and I love your photos. They definitely aid in the quest for calm, Ann!
You help me in my quest for calm, my good friend.
Ok
Okay!
Your song is awesome Anne! I loved it!
I’m so glad you like it, my awesome friend!
Thanks for your awesome support, Carol Anne!
