Day 3856: Details, Details

Last night on Twitter*, I asked a question about details.

.

I sometimes get bored with details so I wanted to know what other people have said about details (besides “The Devil is in the details.”

What details do you notice in my images for today?

.

Now that you’ve got the details on July 24, let’s see what a search for “details, details” reveals on YouTube.

.

By the way, I loved all the details in the Barbie movie and here’s what I find when I search for “details, details Barbie”:

.

Thanks to all who helped me create this “details, details” post, including YOU!

* Here’s another detail: while I was writing this, I got a message that Elon Musk had changed the name of Twitter to “X.” Here’s what I posted about that detail:

  1. So much here. I’m with Swami and Ms. Harriet. I also think I should go see Barbie, in solidarity if nothing else. Also Oppenheimer, because. But that involves leaving the house. Sigh. And X? Excuse me? Who does he think he is? Elon Musk? Oh, right. That dweeb. And dammit, I can’t resort to Threads. No laptop or PC app. Don’t leave us, Ann. I would hate that detail.

  2. I think it’s the details that make every story. And there are so many details here:

  3. Photo of the burger dinner looks delicious!
I am not sure that I can train myself to call Twitter x. And instead of tweeting we x-ecute?

I’m in Seattle babysitting a 1 and 1/2-year-old and that is keeping me so busy that I will have to catch up with several days of your posts when I get back home on the weekend. I just don’t have time to sit down it seems!

  4. I like the details in the haunted forest db page

  5. Having spent my professional career in journalism and communications, Ann, I know the readers always hold you to the details.

  6. The details of Joan embarking an ambassadorship ensure Harley will shortly become executive assistant

  7. Joan is going to need her own fan club. Or maybe it’s more accurate to say she likely already has one?
