- Is it deliberately on Father’s Day and should I panic because my beloved father is no longer here to help guide me?
- Is it ironic that I’ve deliberately decided recently not to panic no matter what is happening as I age into my 70s?

Thanks to all who are facing another possibly panic-worthy day, including YOU!

Happy Father’s Day, Mark!
I’m just having a relaxed day, walk downtown, a movie, reading, no panic, no worries

Some very cool pictures there. You would never know the photographer was prone to panic at all.
Wow, this is a great thought-provoking post! It’s definitely helpful to remind ourselves not to panic despite all the craziness that’s going on. It’s also interesting to see how the concept of International Panic Day has evolved. Thanks for sharing your insights, author!
Thank you.
