Day 3236: What do you need to let go of?

Last night, I realized again that I need to let go of

  • regrets about past mistakes,
  • worries about the future,
  • anxiety,
  • fear,
  • taking things personally,
  • concern about what other people think,
  • assuming the worst, and
  • everything else that gets in the way of my being present in the moment.

Then, I let go of any concerns about asking this question on Twitter:

.

Do you see anything else that needs to be let go of, here and now?

.

Soon I’ll need to let go of the 2021 Daily Bitch to make room for 2022.

.

Here’s what I find when I search YouTube for “what do you need to let go of?”

.

I also need to let go of this song in my head:

What do you need to let go of?

I never let go of gratitude for everyone who visits this blog, including YOU.

  1. I need to let go of either me need to watch the news in the morning or my reaction when I see the recaps as I ready for the day, Ann. Yikes every day it seems now …

  2. I need to let go of my contempt for lots of horrible people. I fear I may not be able to!

  3. I need to let go of thinking that I should have an answer for everything that happens, including what other people think and do. 😢

  4. I need to let go of anything that no longer serves me in a positive way

  5. The time came when at last birds were out of cage, fish were put back to water, and animals fled, although I cried over the idea.
