Day 4630: What’s it all about?

For me, what’s it all about always involves connecting with people, no matter where I am.

When you look at my photos as I am out and about with my friend Mary in Charleston, South Carolina, are you wondering what’s it all about?

I spotted this woman with a great dress at the fountain.
When I told her how much I liked it …
… she told me what it was all about.
Kennedy at Carmella’s was all about great service and smiles.
When we asked Kennedy what her favorite dessert there was, she was all about the Cannoli cake.
These next photos are all about Charleston City Market.
When I asked Zach from Wild Art if I could take pictures, he said “Only if you use flash photography,” which I thought was hilarious.
Because it was all about Have an Extra Dessert Day, I had cheesecake AND banana pudding at the Balint group training dinner.

And my question on Twitter was all about favorite desserts.

The Daily Bitch calendar is uncharacteristically all about decency today.

.

Even though it’s Be Late for Something Day, I can’t be late to any of the Balint Group intensive training sessions today, which start at 8 AM!

Last night, I was all about sharing my rewritten lyrics for “What’s It All About, Alfie?” for some of my fellow Balint Group trainees.

.

Thanks to all who are all about this What’s It All About? post, including YOU!

  1. Here’s to enjoying cheesecake and banana pudding in friendly Charleston, Anne.

  2. It is Friday and I am all about the weekend! Happy Friday Ann!

Thinking about the song “What’s it all about, Alfie” I often remember the following line, “Is it just for the moment we live?” And then I wonder how to reconcile that with the “stay in the moment” movement.

  4. I love that Charleston is all about fashion and history. And desserts.
