Day 4628: A Good Day

After having a good day yesterday, I asked a question about a good day on social media.

.

Reading those answers already makes this a good day, as I prepare for a flight to Charleston, South Carolina, where I’ve had good days before (here and here).

Do you see a good day in my other images for today?

.

No matter what is on the list of Holidays and Observances and even though I’m way past middle age, I plan to have a good day.

This will be a good day despite my being triggered by air travel, as you can hear in this song.

.

And it’s a good day even though that YouTube site has only one follower, and it’s me!

Thanks to all those who help me have a good day, including YOU.

  1. Safe travels Anne! <3

  2. Thank you for sharing the world with us, my friend. I just love these kinds of blogs. Real person to Real person.

  3. Hope you have a smooth flight and a good trip. I am flying in 2 or 3 weeks (only because train was not possible) and will listen to your Triggers song ahead of that.

It is weird that you were the only subscriber to your YouTube channel. I was sure that I had subscribed and YouTube often puts your songs in my lineup! I subscribed again and hope that it sticks

What is a good day? Waking up above ground. Russian proverb “Если вы проснетесь и не почувствуете боли, вы знаете, что вы мертвы” if you wake up with no pain, then you are probably dead.

So while in middle age, it is indeed a good day to wake with a little pain just to know I am alive…

@hopskotch1q: I remember those days vividly. It’s why I say even today that I like paying bills.

One of my favorite songs to sing around the house:

It’s a good day for singing a song
It’s a good day, how could anything go wrong
Cause it’s a good day from morning to night.

  6. You remind me that when I wake up and say good morning to my dear wife Karen, it’s a good day, Anne.
