Day 4209: What is happening?

What is happening in the USA and elsewhere?

Honestly, I don’t know, yet others seem to have definite and diverging opinions about the answer to that question.

In the meantime, what is happening in this blog post?

.

What is happening is All American Pet Photo Day, so I’m celebrating that.

.

Here’s what I find when I search for “what is happening?” on YouTube.

.

Here’s the song that SurferGirl quoted on Twitter:

.

What is happening with you?

Thanks to all who help me deal with what is happening, including YOU.

To top off my political anxiety (shared widely here, I know), I now have the anxiety about needing to call about my EBT card which refused payment yesterday. It has regularly refilled on the 9th of the month (yesterday was the 10th), even if that was a Sunday. Wondering if I ignored a notice somewhere. So that’s what’s happening here in beautiful Wisconsin.

    • Thanks for sharing what is happening for you, Barbara.

Hah! Turns out I did ignore a notice – or I never saw one. Maybe in the Junk File? which I empty once a week? So I was to have reapplied in June. Called yesterday only to find out that the office is closed on Thursdays. Have you seen that cat vid where the cat somehow traps itself in a plastic tub? That’s what I feel like right now. But don’t worry. All will soon be well, if a bit inconvenient at the moment.

  2. love that song and I’m going to do my best to make sure good things happen

  3. According to Simon and Garfunkel it’s all happening at the zoo, which is one reason I’d like to go there but it may be better to wait until the weather cools down. That should happen sometime around February.

  4. Wait a second, Ann, it will change again. Sigh.
