Yesterday, in a hospital gift shop, I found this request to find beauty everywhere.

.
Believe me, I try to find beauty everywhere, but that’s very challenging these days.
For example, it will be very difficult for many of us to find beauty anywhere if Donald Trump (who seems to be everywhere) is re-elected President. Last night, I even found him in a nightmare, which was the opposite of beautiful.
For now, let’s see if we can find beauty everywhere in this post.

.
I find beauty in the Daily Bitch and here’s what I find when I search for “Find Beauty Everywhere.”
.
Beautiful thanks to Liis Burket and to all who help me find beauty everywhere, including YOU.

I sometimes wonder which I long for more, Ann, the pre-Trump or pre-App days. Once a newsprint journalist always a newsprint journalist at heart.
I understand, my friend.
Love that tea bag tag!
Love that you love that!
Responding on XTwitter, I said I wasn’t sure what an app even was, but looking at the responses today I realize that my life is full of awesome apps, my favorite right now, besides whatever app it is that brings me Ann’s blog, is the Twitch channel, where my classes on Tolkien-related subjects are held every week. App, app, and away!
Very app-ropriate, Barbara!
I loved to find beauty in unexpected places, people, and things
That’s the beauty of you, beth.
Sometimes when people ask my wife how she’s doing she says “Just ducky–calm on the surface, paddling wildly underneath.” I think it’s funny and there’s beauty in anything that sums up how challenging our world can be while also making us laugh.
I find beauty in that, Chris, especially because my friend Megan and I say the same thing!
