Day 3587: Whatever gets you through the night

Now that I’ve gotten through another night, I’m hearing John Lennon’s “Whatever Gets You Thru the Night” in my head.

Whatever got me through the night included these images that I captured yesterday.

Whatever gets you through this October day and night, it’s all right, it’s all right.

Gratitude gets me through the day and night, so thanks to all who help me create this daily blog, including YOU.

  1. Thank you for making me smile this morning with that auto repair list sign, Ann! We had a dryer repair person in this week because of a ping-ping-ding at start up but found out the sound-making part is no longer produced by the company … Dryer inspection sounds still have a price, though!

  2. Joan looks SOOOO much healthier now that she is living with you, Ann! What a transformation!

Is Joan’s podcast The Cat’s Meow? Or Purrls of Wisdom? A Whisker to the Wise?

Tomorrow my son and daughter-in-law become American citizens (like their children) and will immediately be registered to vote.

    I looked at the chicken.
    (It was worth it.)

  3. Getting through the night hasn’t been so difficult, especially with the nights getting longer at this time of year, but I would definitely stay up to listen to Joan’s podcast, which might be called “I Do What I Want”.

  4. Please be sure to let us know when Joan’s podcast goes live! I’ll tune in. And in these troubled times I think that would definitely get me through the night!

  5. ‘Joan’s moans,’ a show about life’s ups and downs and all arounds. p.s. I would like to know which came first: Joan in the cow pose, or the cow in the Joan pose?
