Maybe I’ll read that book backward today.
Usually I bend over backward to meet other people’s needs. Perhaps today, I’ll stand up straight and concentrate more on my own self-care. Feel free to join me in focusing more on your own needs for Backward Day.

How wonderful. I thought I invented backwards day 3 decades ago when I occasionally fed my toddler breakfast food at dinner time and dinner food at breakfast time just for funsies. Now that she’s a grown up doctor, I still occasionally feed myself backwards day just for funsies. Nothing like pizza for breakfast in a blizzard like this weekend. Hope you weathered it in ease and style there. 😊
