What’s your stress awareness, here and now?
Every day, I’m also aware of gratitude, so thanks to all who are aware of this blog, including YOU!

Thank you for showing us hope, Ann.
Thanks for your awareness, Mark.

What keeps hope alive? I think hope itself is self-sustaining and eternal. Sometimes, it is hard to cling to, though. I think I have to give it more attention. A thing can be eternal and still hard to find.
You help me keep hope alive, Maureen.
What keeps hope alive? The idea that things will get better
Thanks for that wonderful idea.
hope is kept alive by our hearts being open to whatever comes.
I love the way you keep hope alive, beth.
thank you –
Hope is comfort, and that’s what matters. One can make an inventory of pleasures, and keep them secret, only to reveal when nature deems it so.
Stress is such a human word, much like worry, when ego issues or monkey minds do their ‘thing’.
So hope was born from pleasure. It was born and nurtured from pleasant thoughts which motivated us to thrive on daily basis.
Hope began with pleasant memories, and associated better outcomes. It’s kept alive by mere remembrance.
I hope you keep commenting, Maria!
Hope springs anew with the start of each new day. Your photos provide a sense of hope and promise, too, Ann. Relentless optimism….☺️
