When you’re stressed, it’s helpful to remember to take one day at a time.

If that pace doesn’t work for you, you can try one hour at a time or even one moment at a time.
In my blog posts, I try to present one day at a time.

On National Psychic Day, I’m no psychic, but I predict that I’ll keep trying to take one day at a time. If I do focus too much on the future, I’ll forgive myself on International Forgiveness Day.
Here’s what I find on YouTube when I search for “one day at a time.”

Thanks to all who are taking one day at a time with me, including YOU!

We’ll handle it, Ann, in pieces.
Every day, my friend.
a great reminder, ann, and even one hour at a time, as needed –
Thanks for the great comment, beth.
Whenever I go to the dentist, I think about the time an hour later when I’ll be back in my car and headed home.
Also, love the vibrating kitties – what are those little aliens called, anyway? I see them often here and there. As for the kitty tangled up in (blue?) twine, there is a delightful reminder going around that women will bat JD Vance around like a ball of twine.
Thanks for a delightful comment, Barbara, and I don’t know what those little aliens are called.
I see that Joan still enjoys hanging out in bathroom fixtures, even though she has that terrific Catasaurus.
Joan knows how to take one day at a time, Debbie!
Lovely photos and web image selections this week, Ann. Did me good.
