Day 3779: Cosmopolitan

Yesterday, on our Viking River tour, we spent the day in the cosmopolitan and beautiful town of Strasbourg.

Here is a definition of “cosmopolitan.”

.

I have many cosmopolitan images to share with you on National Cosmopolitan Day.

On National Cosmopolitan, National Tourism Day, and Paste Up Day, this tourist is happy to paste up a post featuring one of my now favorite cities, Strasbourg.

Thanks to all who help me become more cosmopolitan, including YOU!

  1. 1. I miss my cosmopolitan neighborhood in Seattle. Koreans, Sudanese, Ethiopians, Vietnamese: all folks in my precinct that I walked several times a year. My family is fairly cosmopolitan too: Turks and Finns and Germans, oh my!
    2. If I were ever so lucky as to go back to Europe, I would tour all the cities and towns with carousels and ride every one of them. They flourish in Italy and France as well.
    3. The sculpture of the guy with the lions? I would call it, “You think you’ve got a headache.”

  2. By every way I use the word, your entire cruise and each of its destinations feels very cosmopolitan to me! Very special!

  3. Since 1994 my hometown has been Dapto in the Illawarra of New South Wales, Australia.
    I like to live here:
