Day 3695: What to watch

I keep a very long list on my phone called “what to watch” and here’s the beginning of it:

Last night, I asked a question on Twitter which elicited answers adding to my “what to watch” list.

My “What to watch” list keeps getting longer as my time keeps getting shorter. Today, I’ll watch Deadwood, RuPaul’s Drag Race, a classic movie I’ve never seen (Inherit the Wind, Judgment at Nuremberg, or Witness for the Prosecution), and an answer from my Twitter question — The Painter and the Thief. That’s what my weekends are all about — catching up on what to watch.

Can you see what to watch in my other images for today?

.

As if I don’t have enough to watch these days, here’s what I find on YouTube when I search for “what to watch.”

.

I’ll watch for your comments and thanks for reading this “what to watch” post today.

  1. I also feel as I I’ll never catch up with what I want to see, Ann! My dear wife Karen and I are into Poker Face on Peacock. Our initial binge of the first four episodes was our favorite watch party so far! On my own retirement days, I’ve been diving into Psych on Amazon Prime, with the Amazing team of James Roday Rodriguez and Dule Hill. It had eight seasons on USA, so it’s a slow pleasure, much like my at-last meet-ups with Mad Men and Downton Abbey.

  2. I have a giant list that I’m slowly working my way through, however the math on this project equals infinity as I keep adding more to my list

  3. I just read an interview with Natasha Lyonne in which she talked about the influences on Poker Face and favorite episodes of each. She listed a couple of episodes of Columbo but added “I could pick any one.”
Years ago I met Jerome Lawrence, co-author of Inherit The Wind. He and his partner Robert Lee wrote a screenplay for Samuel Goldwyn. Goldwyn looked at the first page and said, “Steve? You can’t call your hero Steve! Every Tom, Dick, and Harry is named Steve!”

  4. Debbie T

I started watching “You” but found it too creepy :0

  5. We finally got around to watching Elvis, and really enjoyed it. We saw Tár, as well. I enjoyed it a lot more than my husband did, but who isn’t impressed with Cate Blanchett! We are really enjoying Poker Face. It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed a series this much. 🙂
