Because hope is so important, I’ve written several posts about hope (see here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here) since I started this Daily Blog in 2013.
Yesterday, I noticed hope at the Boston hospital where I work.

.
And last night, I asked a question about hope on Twitter.

Do my other images for today give you hope?

It gives me hope that the Daily Bitch and I have so much in common.

When I search for “what gives you hope?” on YouTube I find this,
… this,
… this,
… and this.
What gives you hope?
Kind people like you give me hope every day, so thanks for visiting my blog, here and now.

I hope our country can come together, Ann.
We hope the same, my friend.
Hahaha I have those nested plastic bags too!
We’re not alone!
Mia and her family, and all similarly strong people, give me hope. Sadly, Mia died at the age of 9.
People like Mia, her family, and you, Peter, give me hope.
Freedom gives me hope.
I hope you feel free!
How is the Jackie Chan book? I am thinking of getting it for my brother.
It’s great, just like him.
When the IRC is able to address hope, I know I have nothing to complain about. I think there is always hope that whatever the source of fear or stress or worry or despair…if I look back upon my life I realize I’ve navigated other deep troubled times, and come through. That gives me hope for NOW.
You give me hope, Debra!
The fact that things have gotten progressively better for LGBT people, in spite of some setbacks and attempts to strip them of the rights they’ve gained, gives me hope. And while it didn’t happen soon enough for some the fact that it’s happened so quickly–we went from the AIDS crisis to same-sex couples winning the right to marry in less than half a century–gives me hope that we can all come together for a better world.
People like you always give me hope, my friend.
people who listen and learn laugh and are kind for no reason other than because they just are and just do – give me hope
I hope you know you are one of those people, beth!
“As long as we have hope, we have direction, the energy to move, and the map to move by. We have a hundred alternatives, a thousand paths and an infinity of dreams. Hopeful, we are halfway to where we want to go; hopeless, we are lost forever.”- Lao Tzu
I hope you keep sharing such great quotes, Maria!
