Yesterday, while I was taking non-perfect steps to leave the house and go to work, I noticed this:
- I stopped.
- I took a picture.
- I thought, “That’s the title for tomorrow’s blog!”
After I took many more steps to get to my office, this was the perfect-enough result:
- Show up.
- Be gentle.
- Tell the truth.
Those are 3 steps we can all take for great results.
I shall now take steps to share my other photos from yesterday.

Sometimes when I ask someone a really obvious question I add, “I’ll give you three guesses and the first two don’t count.”
Obviously, though, “obvious” is relative so even if they don’t get it right in three guesses I allow as many as it takes. And if you don’t get perfect results in three steps take as many as you need.
