When I was hurting yesterday, I noticed a sign at my local pharmacy.

More than a million of us are hurting, every day.
When you are hurting, does it help to know you are not alone and that more than a million of us are hurting? Or does that make the hurting worse? Maybe it’s just me, but knowing that more than a million of us are hurting helps AND hurts.
More than a million of us are hurting and sharing photos.

I may not be happier than a pigeon with a french fry, but maybe I’ll be happier after I try that Kinesiology Tape on my hurting shoulder.
More than a million of us have watched “Jazz for Cows” on YouTube.
More than a million thanks to my friend Eleanor (who recommended I try the Kinesiology Tape), CVS, cows, cat, birds, jazz, The New Hot 5, everybody else who helped me create today’s post and — of course! — YOU.

❤️
More than a million thanks for your beautiful heart, Ruth.
Those cows make me laugh everytime I watch. Hope you feeling better with the tape….and it helps
I am feeling better reading your thoughts, Lisa — they always help.
On my way to watch jazz with cows. Adored this post Ann. Thank you.
Adored your comment, JoHanna. Thank YOU.
I think you are absolutely fantastic! I’ve been reading various blogs silently for some time but slowly getting back into commenting. I so admire the way you can turn hurting around xxx
I think YOU are absolutely fantastic, Julie, and I completely admire the way you can turn hurting around, too. A million hugs to you.
I hope your search for pain relief pays off, and soon, Ann.
Thanks for your thoughts, Mark, which always pay off.
I hope, that this tape will help you Ann.
I think it might, Irene! Thanks a million.
I use the kinesiology tape for lymphedema. It seems to help. I was doubtful.
Isn’t it a wonderful idea to perform for cows?? I wonder if they are often bored? I love that video.
I love this comment, which helped. I’m never doubtful about the healing power of Maureen.
Two phrases come to mind: “Misery loves company” and “Laugh and the world laughs with you, cry and you cry alone”. That both are pretty common says something about how complicated our experience of pain and sharing it is.
Sharing jazz with cows, though, is easy and therapeutic.
What you share, Chris, is always therapeutic.
May you find some relief Ann 💕
A million thanks for the heartfelt relief, Val.
There is so much pain and hurt in the world and for so many finding relief is so bloody hard but as long as we don’t give up and keep on keeping on then life is ok not good but ok
We won’t give up and we’ll keep on keeping on, Joanne. Ok?
I hope the tape helps. I have often wondered about that stuff. The jazz for cows video is great. They just stand there, probably enjoying When the Saints Go Marching In as much as we do.
Your comments help, Lisa, and I think the tape might help too.
More than a million of us are hurting with impossible love. Harley, Harley!

A million thanks!
No-one hurts as much as me 🙂
Me too.
I hope the tape helps. And I think “more than a million” may be a conservative number!
Thanks a million, Colleen, and I agree!
